Shipping Policies
Our posies and posy kits are shipped Tuesday - Thursday via Federal Express. Posies and kits must be shipped overnight. Saturday (or Sunday) delivery is not available, but may be considered under special circumstances. Monday shipping may be considered under special circumstances such as holidays.  Special shipping days are not available for selection on our website, so if you require Saturday delivery please call (831) 421-0975 or email us at orders@teresasabankaya.com. Saturday deliveries will be charged an additional $25 per box.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US possessions, and foreign countries.

We will notify you via e-mail once your order is shipped and supply you with the tracking number.

We have a quality guarantee on all products. This does not, however, include free return shipping nor does it guarantee shipping dates or times. TeresaSabankaya.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, FedEx/UPS or other shipping delays, delays as a result of customs and agricultural inspections, or other acts of nature.
